    Whitman County Library and Community Action Center plan sessions on the Low Income Energy Assistance Program which offers a one-time payment to help qualified residents make their energy bills more affordable. The funding pays a portion of energy costs, but the payment is not intended to cover the yearly cost of a residence.     Ozobots will invade four local branches of Whitman County Library. Ozobots are tiny, line following robots that move in patterns, play games and dance. No public services are planned, and Daryl will be buried in the Colfax Cemetery. Born Nov. 22, 1941, in Kellogg, Idaho, to Miles and Edna May (Taylor) Fry, he grew up in the Colfax and Steptoe areas.
