    RALSTON — A northbound vehicle on state Highway 261 near Herman Road, overturned around 8 a.m. and came to rest in a wheat field Monday morning, March 29. Washington State Patrol Trooper Crosby said the woman reported being distracted and looked up to discover she was going off the road.     RITZVILLE — Adams County is projected to receive an estimated $3.88 million from the most recent federal coronavirus stimulus plan, the American Rescue Plan.
