    COLFAX — In the County Commissioners meeting on Monday, Oct. 2, Public Works Director Mark Storey updated commissioners on the Almota Road project and Solid Waste Management Project. Storey said all the major reconstruction of the Almota Road Project, including the pavement and striping, are done. The signs are almost done.     COLFAX - The Whitman County Hospital and Medical Clinics (WHMC) had a waterline malfunction last Tuesday morning, Sept. 26, causing heavy flooding in the clinic's parking lot.
