Stanley Jay Duncan, Sr., 77, of Endicott, Wash. passed away August 11, 2022 at Whitman Medical Center in Colfax, Wash. Stanley was born February 13, 1945 in Denver, Colorado to Gus & Katherine (Steele) Duncan. He grew up in Colorado and following high school graduation enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He served in Germany and it was there that Stanley met the love of his life Victoria Eckert. They were married in the Switzerland LDS Temple and upon his honorable discharge returned to Colorado.
