NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

The cleaning out of a stretch of Missouri Flat Creek south of O’Donnell Road to the east of Pullman to prevent flooding of adjacent agricultural fields. This drainage is designated as a Prior Converted Cropland (PCC) and is also a regulated floodplain.
