Wagner rite Saturday

A graveside service for Dr. Steven J. Wagner, 68, Oak Hills, Calif., will be Saturday, Nov. 24, at 2 p.m. in the Silver Creek Cemetery on the Garfield-Farmington Road. Dr. Wagner, a veterinarian in Oak Hills, died unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.

The son of Palmer and Lucille Wagner, he was a member of the 1962 class at Garfield High School. He received his degree in veterinary medicine at Washington State University and practiced in southern California for most of his career.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy; two children, Dr. Jarrad Wagner, Tulsa, Okla., and Stacia Phillips, Mission Viejo, Calif.; four siblings, Kathy Wagner Higgins and Ted Wagner, both Spokane; Dr. Paul Meier, Marshfield, Wis., and Dr. Mark Meier, Aptos, Calif., and seven grandchildren.
