During a meeting Monday, Dec. 7, Whitman County commissioners approved a $400,000 request for a profit guarantee for SkyWest/United Airlines to fly from Pullman twice per day to Denver.     MOSCOW, Idaho — Tri-State Outfitters refused service to more than two dozen shoppers who showed up without masks Thursday. The store temporarily closed its doors after Christ Church Pastor Doug Wilson led his congregation and Facebook “De-Mask Moscow to Christmas” protesters to the store at 120 Thain Road.     REPUBLIC — Gubernatorial candidate Loren Culp filed a lawsuit Thursday in King County Superior Court against Secretary of State Kim Wyman seeking an audit of ballots in six Western Washington counties.     COLFAX — A National Weather Service winter weather advisory was expected to expire at 1 p.m. today, Dec. 11, following freezing rain and snowfall overnight.     OLYMPIA – Health care workers in the state could start receiving a Wuhan coronavirus vaccine as early as Tuesday. During a press conference this morning, Sunday, Dec. 13, Gov.
