Tri-State now refusing to serve maskless patrons

Even those with health issues will be turned away.

MOSCOW, Idaho — Tri-State Outfitters refused service to more than two dozen shoppers who showed up without masks Thursday.

The store temporarily closed its doors after Christ Church Pastor Doug Wilson led his congregation and Facebook “De-Mask Moscow to Christmas” protesters to the store at 120 Thain Road.

The store continued to refuse service to non-masked patrons throughout the day.

The store is not allowing any health issues as exemptions to its new mask policy.

Owner Joe Power is now enforcing the policy at Tri-State stores in Couer d’Alene and Moses Lake, as well....
