    COLFAX— A Pullman man has been sentenced in Whitman County Superior Court on Friday Nov. 4, to prison for 45 months. Joshua Bewick, 32, of Pullman, was arrested following a March traffic stop on Main Street in downtown Colfax, records show. Deputies obtained a search warrant for his car and uncovered about 500 fentanyl pills, heroin, scales and cash, records show.     COLFAX —The Top Notch Cafe, located at 210 North Main Street, owners Pete and Candis Koerner are closing Saturday, Nov. 12. “We are moving out of state,” said Mrs. Koerner, adding that they are moving to Pennsylvania to be able to watch their daughter play college softball.
