    COLFAX — The National Weather service predicts a potentially damaging wind event Fri. Nov. 4 into Saturday. West winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts 55 mph Friday afternoon into Saturday, reports say.     PALOUSE — A local man has pleaded guilty in Whitman County Superior Court to second-degree child molestation. Kaleb Gibler, 19, of Palouse, will be sentenced during a hearing Dec. 9. He is currently being housed in the Whitman County Jail on $10,000 bail. Court records show Gibler does not have any other criminal history. He was arrested Thursday, Aug. 25, records show.     ROSALIA — The Rosalia Fire Department is hosting its fourth annual Pig Roast, on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Rosalia Fire Station, 607 South Whitman Avenue.
