COLFAX — The National Weather service predicts a potentially damaging wind event Fri. Nov. 4 into Saturday.
West winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts 55 mph Friday afternoon into Saturday, reports say. It is reported that the storm will also produce heavy mountain snow in the Cascades and high mountains of the Idaho Panhandle. NWS reports there is potential for lowland snow early next week.
Possible impacts are power outages and tree damage according to reports.
