    OAKESDALE — In one of the most highly anticipated Whitman County volleyball matches of the regular season, the undefeated Oakesdale Nighthawks took on the scorching hot St. John-Endicott-LaCrosse (SJEL) Eagles.     PALOUSE - The Garfield-Palouse Eagles (GAR-PAL) improved to 3-1 on the season after a domination of Sunnyside Christian Friday, Sept. 22. This game was played in Palouse.     COLFAX –– Thirteen college-aged adults have trespassed onto St. Ignatius property in the last two weeks. On Monday, September 18, six trespassers were reported to the Colfax Police Department for trespassing.     PALOUSE - The city of Palouse received a $200,000 loan to improve sidewalks from the State of Washington Public Work Board at the beginning of this month and is looking into funding the rehabilitation of the city tennis courts.
