COLFAX — Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) received a $72.8 million grant for the Palouse River and Coulee City Railroad (PCC) Project from the U.S. Federal Railroad Administration’s Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvement (CRISI) program for funding projects that improve passenger and freight rail safety, efficiency, and reliability.
