    COLFAX—A man and woman from Idaho have been summoned for preliminary hearings Oct. 9 after a traffic stop resulted in the alleged discovery of methamphetamine. According to the police report, Whitman County Sheriff’s Deputy Tyler Langerveld was on patrol Aug. 29 when he pulled over a silver van near the Red Wolf Bridge for no license plate.     PULLMAN—A charge of malicious mischief in the first degree have been filed against an 18-year-old Pullman man for a graffiti spree in June that left 12 locations tagged with generally vulgar words and symbols.
