    LaCROSSE — Columbia Grain International has donated a balanced bushel of assorted varieties of beans to local food banks and senior centers.     COLFAX — Whitman County Jail inmate Dantae Billings, 21, of Spokane has been mistakenly released from jail, according to reports by Pullman Radio News. Billings was arrested on Jan. 17 for allegedly burglarizing several cars in Pullman, and is one of the suspects from this month’s eluding and theft case.     PALOUSE– Palouse is hosting their 10th annual Cabin Fever Brew Fest Saturday, Feb. 4. at the Palouse Community Center.     COLFAX — The Port of Whitman County has confirmed purchase of land on Wawawai Road for the proposed biodiesel plant. Port Executive Director Kara Reibold released information that the board of commissioners voted unanimously to buy three parcels of land on Wawawai Road for 3.8 million dollars, outside Pullman city limits.     COLFAX—Whitman County Coroner Annie Pillers has identified the Washington State University student found dead in his dorm as Luke Tyler, 19, of Redmond. The Washington State University Police Department (WSUPD) were called to Northeast Cougar Way, Perham Hall Sunday, Jan. 22 at 1:32 p.m. finding Tyler’s body.
