PUBLIC INPUT FOR ZONING CODE OVERHAUL

Title 17: Zoning Code for the City of Pullman is getting fully updated, last done in 2003.

Major revisions include:

Plain language to be more understandable; Updated and new images;

Moving Floodplain to Title 16:

Environment;

Moving Historic Preservation to Title 17: Zoning; and New code sections for short term rentals and accessory dwelling units.

The changes can be viewed on the City’s website under “News” and find the the “Zoning Code Overhaul” article. The Planning Division will be taking public input for the proposed changes
