St. John Telco participates in the Federal Lifeline Program. Under this program, St. John Telco offers to qualifying low-income customers a discount off the monthly rate for basic residential exchange service or internet.

The current discounted monthly rate for lifeline residential service or internet is up to $9.25 per month. The Lifeline discount is available for only one telephone or broadband service per household.
