All-League volleyball teams announced

COLFAX — Four local girls have been named to the 2022 Northeast 2B All-League volleyball team.

Bulldogs’ senior Jaisha Gibb, junior Lauryn York and sophomore Brynn McGaughy were selected for 1st Team All-League.

And sophomore Hailey Demler was named to the 2nd Team All-League.

Others receiving All-League honors from nearby Spangle include:

Liberty – Senior Ellie Denny and sophomore Kendeall Denny, 1st team; junior Brooke Redder and sophomore Devyn Cook, 2nd Team.

Upper Columbia Academy – Juniors Lauren Moody and Madison Threadgill, 1st Team; and senior Sidney Folkenberg, 2nd Team.

Lind-Ritzville senior Taylor Galbreath was named the league Most Valuable Player, and the Broncos’ Cari Galbreath was named Coach of the Year.
