Colton beats Touchet 13-7

Jackson Meyer took the mound and threw five scoreless innings for Colton Tuesday at home in a Southeast 1B league win over the Indians.

Colton (11-4, 9-0 league) took control in the third inning, scoring eight runs, driven by Cameron Bean’s RBI-triple followed by a three-run home run. Additional Colton hits in the game came from Tom Wolf, Parker Druffel, Luke Vining, Jon Bean, Kian Ankerson and Meyer.

The Wildcats are scheduled to play next at Pomeroy for a doubleheader Saturday. First pitch is at 11 a.m. A Tuesday, May 1, game follows at Garfield/Palouse (Garfield) at 5 p.m....
