Zone changes approved

Whitman County commissioners approved two zoning changes Monday. For the Windy Eagle, LLC, land 1.5 miles outside Pullman on Pullman Airport Road, 20 acres of agricultural land was re-zoned to cluster residential. The change will allow it to be divided into five-acre parcels.

At the Colleen Schoepflin site on Ringle Road south of Palouse, commissioners approved changing two areas on a 12-acre parcel which is the site of Dale’s Flying Service.

First, 2.5 acres will change from airport commercial to agricultural. On a second part, 1.5 acres was approved to be switched from agricultural to airport commercial.
