Colfax golfers top NE sub-district

Colfax boys Monday won the NE sub-district golf round at Deer Park with a score of 87. The scoring system awarded points in inverse value to the finishing position.

Palmer Gulke of Davenport collected another medal with a 69, three under par for the Deer Park course. His win earned 40 points, but it did not go for a team score because he was the lone Gorilla golfer in the field....
