Larry and Di Brink took Mike Stine to Spokane Sunday for a Special Olympics bowling tournament. Mike received a bronze medal. After bowling, they met with their cousin Camille Patterson, Spokane Valley, for lunch and a visit.

Country Bible Church will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the building on Sunday, Nov. 13. The special service will begin at 10:45.

LaCrosse School Board met last Thursday at the Parsonage Bed and Breakfast in Dusty for its annual retreat.

Former classmate Carmi Cummings Thompson of Mt. Vernon and Hamilton, Mont., was an overnight visitor at the home of Karen Broeckel last week Tuesday. They dined at the LaCrosse Café which used to be owned and run by Thompson’s parents when they lived in LaCrosse in the mid-1950’s.
