Summer lessons to begin

Lacrosse

Vacation Bible School for children preschool through fifth grade will be June 13, 24 and 25 from 9:30 a.m. - noon at the Methodist Church. Older children may be helpers. Pastor John of Selbu Lutheran Church is leading singing, Di Brink is in charge of crafts, Leila Zaring and Margaret Mackleit are in charge of snacks, Leanne Bafus is telling the Bible stories, Bailey Weekes and Kinsey Roberts are in charge of games and Katie Pitts is in charge of object lessons. The theme is "Submerged in God’s Love," using Psalm 139:23-24 as the main scripture verse. There will be a lunch for families and friends of children who attended VBS at noon on June 15.

Swimming lessons for kids preschool through fifth grade at the LaCrosse Pool: One Session (8 days) July 5-8 and 18-21. Cost will be $25 per child. There will be four class levels with the first class starting at 8 a.m. with the oldest kids and each class lasting about 35-45 minutes. These classes will be run by Autumn Meyers and Alynn Harder.
