Senior class fundraisers set for LaCrosse

The senior class will serve breakfast Feb. 13 from 8 to 10 a.m. at The Gathering Place. Breakfast will include biscuits, gravy and ham. Cost will be $5.

The class will serve a Valentine's Day dinner with entertainment Feb. 14, at 6 p.m., in the school cafeteria. Cost will be $35 per couple, $20 per single. The menu will include stuffed pork loin, salad, green beans, rice pilaf and dessert. Contact any LaCrosse senior class member for tickets or call the school.

Students in grades 4-8 took their first semester Student of Character trip to Bluewood Ski Resort near Dayton Feb. 5. The students were challenged with snowboarding. Student of character recipients in grades K-3 bowled at Zeppoz in Pullman the same day.

Fifth and sixth graders completed the DARE program and held their graduation on Tuesday, Feb. 9. Each student read a paper they had written about what they had learned in DARE and showed a powerpoint slide they made in computer lab with Miss Titus.
