Whitman County Planning issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (M-DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Whitman County Public Works proposes to reconstruct an approximate 3.9 mile portion of Sand Road located approximately 3-4 miles southeast of Pullman, Washington in Sections 23 and 24, Township 14 N., Range 45 E. and Sections 19, 20, 17 and 8, Township 14 N., Range 46 E.
