Posse books splits in Legion doubles

Posse Junior Legion sustained two defeats to Lewis & Clark Tuesday after booking home splits with two Spokane teams, North Central and Gonzaga Prep in doubleheaders Friday and Saturday at McDonald Park.

The LC team posted wins of 6-5 and 8-2 over the Posse. In the 6-5 win, LC scored five runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to bump a 4-1 Posse lead.

Jake Mediola led the six-hit Posse offense with a single and double. Griffin Bashaw and Evan Parks pitched for Posse.
