Bulldogs win golf opener

Colfax boys topped team honors Tuesday with a 218 in the season opener. Other team scores were 244 for Lind/Ritzville/Sprague and 320 for Inchelium.

Kasey Johnson booked a two-over 37 for medalist honors, and Sawyer Spackman of St. George's hit a 38.

Tied for third were Hunter and Chance Weitz and Jimmy Psomas of St. George's all with 39.

Skylar Kersten topped the girls score with a 50. McKenna Davies of Colfax hit a 52, and Kylie Gronning hit a 56.
