Standing Tall for American Agriculture scholarship

The McGregor Company’s Standing Tall for American Agriculture scholarship program focuses support of agriculture at a most important level - students.

Four local high school seniors each received a $1,000 Standing Tall for American Agriculture Scholarship to go toward their college tuition.

Tyler Mundt of Rosalia is among four seniors awarded the scholarships. They all showed great interest in the ag industry as evident in their applications and essays.

Tyler will be pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering at either Washington State University or University of Washington.

Each student will receive $1,000 toward tuition.

“There are fine futures ahead for all of us as these young, intelligent people consider careers in agriculture,” company president Alex McGregor said.
