More delays for cafe

The much anticipated opening of the Grillbilly Café in LaCrosse has unfortunately been postponed again. As previously reported, operator of the café, Dionne Evans and her family and friends have been working around the clock to make sure the renovations to the building are “done right.”

A spokesperson from the Lacrosse Community Pride which owns the building and leases the space to Evans indicated that lots of little surprises have popped up during the project. Electrical and structural issues have been corrected and recently discovered plumbing issues are now being addressed. Evans indicated that they are really close and will announce a firm opening date at a later time.
