Legion tryouts set at Colfax

Area baseball players interested in participating in American Legion Baseball this summer are asked to submit information by email to Dan Peterson, administrative manager for Legion baseball. His email address is dan.peterson60@yahoo.com. Players should list their age, school grade level and level of interest, the AAA Pullman Patriots, the AA Pullman Posse, and the A Whitman Cougars. Age brackets for the different teams are 15 to 19 for the Patriots, 14-18 for the Posse and 13-17 for the Cougars.

Tryouts for the Patriots will be Sunday, April 14, from 1 to 4 p.m. at McDonald Field in Colfax. Tryouts for the Posse and Cougars will be the following Sunday, April 21, at McDonald from 9 a.m. until noon
