LWK Tigercats, Wildcats set on collision course

Colton boys and the LaCrosse/Washtucna/-Kahlotus Tigercats remain on a collision course for the top spot in the SE 1B league after both teams added two wins before the pre-holiday break. Now tied at 5-0 at the top of the SE pack, the two leaders will collide at Colton when league play resumes Jan. 4.

Colton’s Jake Straughan goes inside for two points against the Spartans in the second half of the league game Saturday night at Colton. Straughan finished with 29 points.

Colton Friday has been slated to play at Kamiah, and LWK is booked to play in the Dayton tournament today and Friday.
