Dusty duo attends CHS grad’s California wedding

This past weekend, Jon and Li Ochs’s were in Laguna Beach, Calif., to attend the wedding of Joanna Baldree, daughter of Paula and Randy Baldree of Pullman, to Edie Robinson. The bride graduated from Colfax High School with the class of 2000.

Other former Whitman County residents attending in addition to the bride’s parents, were Sara Ochs, who also was a bridesmaid, and her companion Nathan Yeager, Grant and Andrea Monson of Seattle, and Carl and Randy Peterson of Los Angeles. Carl also graduated with the CHS class of 2000.

Jon and Li Ochs also recently were in Atlanta, Ga., where Jon attended a Microsoft conference while Li explored the city.

Tim and Penny Kyllo were weekend guests of his mother, Carol Kyllo.

David and Phyllis Stueckle were in Portland from Thursday to Saturday. They attended a musical performance at Cleveland High School in which their granddaughter, Emmaly, daughter of Larry and Karen Light, was a participant.

Doreen Riedner, Genesee, and Denise Kendall, Tacoma, spent the weekend with their father, Oscar Broeckel.

Kim and Cindy Pitts officially began the summer season by opening their cabin at Priest Lake over the weekend.

Art and Colene Sager spent the weekend in southern Idaho. Friday and Saturday was spent with Colene’s aunt, Delila Morrison, in Middleton. Sunday and Monday they were with Art’s brother, Floyd and Linda Sager in Meridian. They returned home Monday.
