Wildcats defeat Touchet

Colton girls Monday defeated Touchet 6-1 in a clash between perennial 1B state contenders on the Wildcats’ field. Each side had four hits with Mikayla Nygreen pitching the win for Colton

Nygreen tripled and Mollie Kramer and Erin Weber had the other hits for Colton.

Touchet’s visit was booked as a double bill, but snow shut down the Monday acton with Colton leading 9-2.

TOR girls Saturday at Prescott dropped two games to the Cardinals 6-11 and 3-13. The `hawks had 10 hits in the first game and four in the second game.
