Bi-County girls all-league team

Members of the Bi-County's all league girls team received their certificates at the final night of district competition at Mt. Spokane High.

In front from the left are Nikka Yankus and Samantha Charlton of Kettle Falls, Taylor Smith of Springdale, Miranda Mielke of Davenport and Heather Whitmore of Lind/Ritzville/Sprague.

Players in back, from the left, are Chantel Heath, Kelsey Moos and Liz Flowers of Reardan; Bryanna Bailey and Danne Dami of Northwest Christian; Shaina Simonson, Misty Skelton and Amelie Bruya of Colfax.

Flowers was named league MVP, and other first team players were Yankus, Bruya, Mielke, Charlton, Moos and Heath.

Second team players were Dami, Simonson, Whitmore, Smith, Skelton and Bailey.

Co winners of the coach of year honor, at each end of the back row, were Mark Richards of St. George's and Ashley Connell of Northwest Christian.
