Colfax grads gather in Spokane

A group of old friends gathered together for lunch in Spokane at the Timber Creek Buffet in the Valley for two hours October 20 to renew friendships. There were five people from classes in the 1940s with Sally Weisman Grant, Spangle, the daughter of long time Colfax doctor, Dr. Weisman, being a surprise participant. Roger and June (Johnson) Edgren, retirees from Elk Drug in Colfax, also attended. Most of the other grads were from classes in the 1950s.

They plan a luncheon on the first Monday of every third month, starting on Feb. 2, 2011, at noon at the Timber Creek Buffet.
