Baseball grads now total 50 for reunion tilt

Number of Colfax High baseball grads expected for Saturday’s alumni games has grown to 50, according to Coach Mike Parrish. The grads are coming from all around the country to play under the McDonald Field lights.

They will play a nine-inning game beginning at 4 p.m. and then take a break for a barbecue dinner. They will then conclude with a seven inning night game beginning at 7 p.m.

Admission for fans will be by donation, and the BBQ will be available for purchase by spectators. Reunion participants will be served the dinner as part of the package.

Coach Parrish said he and Ken Paulson of Pullman, his predecessor as coach, still haven’t decided on how they will chose up teams.
