Summer reading at Malden

Summer reading splashed in June 24 at the Malden Library with Fishy Hokey Pokey and Goldfish Bingo. Pictured are Librarian Shannon Roe, and summer readers Serena, Braiden, Simon, Destiny, Ashley, Savannah and Hannah. Summer reading will be Thursdays from 5 to 6 p.m. through July 29. Children of all ages are welcome. Malden’s new hours are Tuesdays from 4:30 to 7 p.m. or Thursdays from 4 to 6 p.m. Plans are in the works at the Malden Library to start a discussion group.
