Hooper duo tours agriculture museum

Betty and Conly Merritt joined friends and family from Eatonville in Yakima for the weekend. They toured the Agricultural Museum in Union Gap and attended the vintage car show there.

Jessica McGregor joined sister Micalya Cramer and friend Stephanie Pierce, both of Clarkston, in Spokane for the weekend. They all joined in the Bloomsday run Sunday before returning home.

Anna May Tobin joined Cathy and Scott Blankenship in Moscow Saturday to watch granddaughter Caitlin perform in the UI production of the musical Grease.

Keith and Carla Danielson hosted the first Horsemanship and Obstacle Couse Challenge of the 2010 season Saturday. Riders from Ritzville, Garfield, St. John, Kennewick, Issaquah, Coeur d’Alene and Snohomish braved the weather all morning. The weather cleared up and cooperated for the obstacle course challenge in the afternoon. Mark Plumlee of Snohomish claimed first place, with Erika Hennings of Ritzville second and Laurie DeYoung of Issaquah third.
