Switzerland travel report

Debby and Kevin Gaffney, Patty Ethredge, Carolyn Behrens and Dean Melville gathered at the home of Bill and Stella Melville Sunday afternoon to view the pictures taken by Betty Stone on her recent trip to Switzerland.

Betty Stone, Nita Polda and Kathy Shields joined other members of their pinochle club at the home of Shirley Miller at Fishtrap Monday evening. Betty Stone won with the highest score and Nita was awarded for the lowest score.

Nancy Wecker of Meridan, Idaho, flew to the home of her parents, Dan and Jean Stromberger, Thursday morning to visit until Monday afternoon. Thursday afternoon, they drove to Davenport to visit Tim and Arlene Stromberger. On Saturday evening, they were guests at the home of Bill and Janet Stromberger in Edwall. Also there were Sarah and Aaron Stromberger of Spokane, Brendan Stromberger of Pullman and Tim and Arlene Stromberger of Davenport

Melissa Stromberger came from Newburg, Ore, to surprise the group.
