He was born on August 28, 1970, in Spokane, Wash., to Stanley Roy Staves, Sr and Judy (Kellog) Staves. He grew up in Spokane and attended school there. That's where he met Rebecca Anderson.     TEKOA — With the regular season coming to a close on the 2023-24 regular season, the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves defeated the Dayton Bulldogs, earning themselves a spot in the district playoffs with the victory. Tekoa-Rosalia were in total control of the game from start-to-finish, defeating the Bulldogs 62-28.
