    ST. JOHN – The DeSales Irish routed St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse, 80-6, during the Eagles' Homecoming game Friday, Oct. 13.     SPOKANE VALLEY – Spokane police are investigating allegations that a Colfax man was roughed up by a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office sergeant.     COLFAX – Whitman County Commissioners voted to vacate three roads during their meeting Monday, Oct. 16. They were among several roads considered for vacation, including Vernon and Cozier Road, Poe Road No. 8350, Old Barn Road No. 5230, Vaughn Road and Vaughn Bridge No. 5230-00.05, and S.M. McKenzie Road.     COLFAX— In the Monday, Oct. 16, county commissioners meeting, bids were opened for two stockpile site projects. The Colfax Stockpile had two bids, including one from J.K.
