    Fifty-four WSU students came over to Colfax Sunday to attach decorated fish to the fence along the flood control channel next to the west alley. Scheduled for two hours, the work session was logged as a WSU civic enrichment project for the students. Many in Sunday's group were members of WSU sororities.     Jessica Evans, 22, Airway Heights, was charged with being in possession of methamphetamine Sept. 6 after she was arrested while driving from Pullman back north by Sheriff’s Sgt. Michael Jordan. Jordan’s arrest report said he stopped the pickup she was driving Sept. 4 after noticing a defective headlight.
