    COLFAX - Spokane woman Nicole Simmons 30, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail on felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance and accomplice to vehicle theft Wednesday, Jan. 12. Simmons was found with over 1500 fentanyl pills, 40 grams of heroin and a half pound of methamphetamine.     COLFAX— According to a media release by Whitman County Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Tessa Scholl, Pullman businessman Viktor Hudak, who faced trial Tuesday, Jan. 17, was convicted of one count of child molestation in the first degree and faces 51 to 68 months to life in prison.
