OAKESDALE - The Oakesdale Class of 1983 held their 40-year reunion at C and D's event center in Tekoa on June 24.

Oakesdale Class of 1983 graduate Lavon Erickson stated that the class had about 16 that graduated, and all but five showed up, "so we had 11," Erickson said.

Erickson shared that they'd been putting it out on Facebook that the event was open to any class wanting to reunite.

"We had several from the class of '80, '82, '84, and '85," she said, confirming that everybody knew all the classes.
