Colfax local selected as outstanding senior at University of Idaho

COLFAX — The University of Idaho, College of Business and Academics, selected local Derek Hall as the outstanding senior in his academic discipline.

Hall and two family members were invited to the annual awards ceremony on Friday, May 12, to celebrate his achievement as an honoree.

In recognition of his hard work, he will receive a cash award and a personal plaque and will have his name added to the award plaques in the Dean’s suite.

Hall is the son of Karen Hall and Douglas Hall (deceased.) He graduated from Colfax High School in 2005....
