Paint-a-Pot projects offered at libraries

COLFAX - The Whitman County Library systems offers a Grab-and-Go event for adults where they can Paint-a-Pot.

Libraries in Colfax, Colton, Farmington, Garfield, Oakesdale, Tekoa, and Uniontown are offering the program in June.

"Supplies are limited and on a first come first basis," said Sarah Phelan-Blamires, of the Whitman County Library.

Friends of the Library are providing the Paint-A-Pot kits, which include a pot, paint, and art supplies.

Seeds to plant in the pot are offered at some libraries. A 15% off coupon to A Modern Plantsman store is offered at the Colfax branch.
