Five library branches offer tricks & treats

Families can trick or treat at the Colfax, Garfield, Oakesdale, Rosalia and St. John branches of Whitman County Library Oct. 31.

Garfield Library is participating in the town's annual Trunk or Treat from 5 - 7 p.m. Local businesses will line up on California Street to hand out candy and goodies.

Oakesdale Library will host its first Halloween carnival from 5 - 7 p.m. with a free evening of games and treats.
