Donation expands libary hours

Rosalia Branch of Whitman County Library will expand hours beginning Sept. 3. Thanks to the support of The Palouse Wind Farm and its owner, Novatus Energy, new hours are being added each Tuesday from 3 to 5 p.m.

“Two hours per week may not seem like much, but the impact on the community will be huge. Expanding hours allows us to provide even more programs and better access to materials and the computers,” Branch Services Coordinator Catalina Flores said.
