Spokane gallery will show Rothwell art

Avenue West Gallery will present “The Trees of Ancestors” featuring acrylic collage and watercolor paintings by Colfax artists Nancy Rothwell May 1-31. The artist's reception will be Friday, May 4, from 5 until 8 p.m., at the gallery, 907 West Boone Ave., Spokane.

Born and raised in Spokane, Rothwell recently moved from Seattle to Colfax, and her paintings document her artistic journey.
