Fête 60th jubilee

Leroy and Lorena Mattly celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary over the weekend. They were married in Condon, Ore., on Oct. 25, 1957. Their family came to celebrate the anniversary. Those attending were daughter Lori McNeilly from Colfax; her daughter Misty and Matt Zornacki and children Isaac Kobelski, Gage and Ali Zornacki of Endicott; daughter Linda Peterson and friend Dave from Deer Park; daughter Linet with sons Hudson and Cooper from Spokane; son Dillon and friend Britni from Spokane; daughter McKensie, husband Andrew and Son Laim from Colbert; Son Louie from Boise, Idaho; and friend, Denise Smith, with granddaughter, Della, from Moses Lake.

The Parent Teachers Organization held its annual Fall Carnival at the school. The event was a success with a lot of food, games, a costume run and donations for the food bank.
